Joan has a bachelors degree in Business Administration – Marketing. She started her career in management for Famous – Barr and then eventually switched gears and worked in the printing industry. While raising her children, Joan had several volunteer and part-time positions to fill her time. When she started looking for a full-time position, she was referred to Design & Detail by one of her designer friends. She joined the staff in 2016 and currently manages the sample rooms and textiles on the showroom floor.
In her spare time, Joan loves to garden, sew, and bake. She can also be found working on her historic home in the St. Louis Hills neighborhood, which has been featured as McCall’s first house for Home of the Month.
