As a recent addition to the growing team at Design & Detail, Kate Carr is dedicated to providing the Kansas City Design Community with exclusive resources and superior service. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating beautiful living spaces, Kate excels in managing fabric samples and providing exceptional client assistance in the showroom. Her role involves curating a diverse range of fabric options, ensuring clients find the perfect materials to bring their visions to life.

Kate is a graduate of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas and spent most of her career living in Chicago, Toronto and Kansas City where she and husband Patrick raised their three children. Recently, she’s also been working for one of her husband’s e-commerce companies, supporting product development and operations.
